Sercan Debelec, born in 1988, began his musical education in Ankara with the support of his parents. His first music teacher, Ömer Can, known as one of Turkey's most important violin virtuosos, instructed him until the end of high school, while he was also being trained on drums. During his high school and university years, he appeared on major stages with a variety of groups.
He was accepted to Baskent University State Conservatory with a scholarship in the Opera - Chorus Department in 2007. During this period, he concentrated on piano education in addition to singing.
In 2014, he received his master's degree in Performing Arts from BaÅŸkent University State Conservatory. Sercan earned a Formation Certificate from Gazi University Educational Sciences in 2015 and began teaching piano and drums at Studio Fame, known as one of Ankara’s most important art and dance schools. Sercan Debelec, has been producing his compositions since the first time he started music and turned towards composing in this period. 
In 2020, his debut album "Delusions," composed for a quartet of piano, trumpet, double bass, and drums, was released. His singles "Late Night Circus" and "Luma," released in 2020, were shown on global charts and broadcast on various radio stations. In 2021, "A Short Story," a solo piano album was written in a minimalist style, with the singles "Sirens" and "Reborn," released.
At the end of 2021, Sercan released his collaborative project named "The Kankas" with Fırat Ağacık , as well as the singles "Draco" and "Fountain," which combined electronic and jazz elements.
"Not Here Anymore," which he composed for the quartet. Also he collaborated with Abkountry for the single named "Belki Bir Gün" were released in the first half of 2022. 
Sercan is currently working on several projects; in his quartet project, he is  collaborating with Onurcan ÇaÄŸatayon on trumpet, Cagin Akgül on bass guitar, and Ekrem Eryilmaz on drums, for which he wrote his compositions. He is also the keyboardist for Surf Arabesk, a psychedelic rock band from Turkey.
