I was born in 1996, and started songwriting in my early 20s. I had been in many cover bands until I started writing my own songs in English, and a short while later, in Turkish. I published my first Turkish song Ellerimde Işıltılar in 2021. Although I continued writing new songs, the publishing took long, the second and third singles were published a year apart. I joined the band Voyvo as their backing vocalist and keyboard player, which gave me the opportunity to play many venues and meet musicians who would contribute to my EP Yerli Yersiz.
